OVENDEN CONTEMPORARY
Symbiosis Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:
1. No order or purchase is necessary.
2. Entrants must be over 18 years old and resident in the UK and be readers of 'Art In London' magazine (summer issue).
3. Closing date for entry is 31 August 2008. The draw is on 1st September 2008.
4. This is an Ovenden Contemporary (Art Promotions) Limited draw in association with 'Art In London' magazine.
5. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
6. The prize is 1 (one) original abstract painting as described in competition details, by Craig Kerrecoe.
7. The winner will be randomly drawn and notified in writing or by telephone or e-mail as soon as reasonably possible. The winners name will be available from Ovenden Contemporary (Art Promotions) Limited. We reserve the right to feature photographs, names and locations of winners in future promotions.
8. Entry is deemed as acceptance of these rules.
9. All prizes are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.
10. Those involved in the promotion and execution of the draw, employees or members of the company and their relatives are not eligible for entry.
11. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are illegible, incomplete, lost or damaged.
13. Data Protection: Any information collected for this promotion will be used by Ovenden Contemporary (Art Promotions) Limited only and will not be passed onto third parties for marketing or any other purposes other than the prize draw.
14. You give permission to Ovenden Contemporary (Art Promotions) Limited to add your details to their mailing list and to be sent by e-mail or post, further information regarding our products including advance notices of forthcoming exhibitions, invites to Preview Receptions and copies of our new magazine 'The Bullet'. You have the right to change your details held by us or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at Ovenden Contemporary (Art Promotions) Limited.
15. Ovenden Contemporary (Art Promotions) Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
